Your new company
A very successful SME in the Northern Beaches are seeking a hands on CA/CPA qualified Finance Manager to manage the entire Finance function in their Australian office. This position will be to support the local business with all finance management as well as report back to the Head Office based in the US.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the local finance management of the business which will include Overseeing and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, providing reports and analysis of current results to prior period and/or budget, preparing various reports to monitor company performance which include sales information, gross margin analysis by brand/product category, geographical sales reports, comparison of forecasted to actual budget. Reconcile G/L account balances and records against sub-ledgers, such as Inventory, AR, AP and Accruals, to assure the consistency and overseeing the whole payroll function.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you must be a Qualified Accountant with proven experience as a Financial Accountant seeking the next step in your career. Knowledge of US GAAP compliance and accounting standards is essential.
