Role   
Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role will see you working across a major portfolio of assets.    
You will produce business unit reporting to meet monthly reporting deadlines for a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will also provide ongoing financial management in relation to cash, debt, equity management, budgeting and forecasting.   
You will also be responsible for work flow delegation and team management. 
  
Person   
You will be CA/ CPA qualified with exposure in the Property/Construction sector. You will demonstrate an ability to undertake a broad range of accounting reporting tasks, and the ability to prepare results for multiple business units or businesses on a monthly basis. You must have strong excel and communication skills, and be highly effective in engaging and partnering with a wide range of stakeholders.
