12 month fixed term contract
relocating to CBD offices on August the 1st
Close to public transport

This role will be responsible for providing first level support to both internal and external customers across my clients Australian and New Zealand Group businesses in ensuring their accounts are up to date.

The Role

Your duties will include:
Processing and allocating payments
Contacting customers for collections
Responding to customer enquiries
Raising credit notes and invoices
Update and maintaining debtors ledgers
Data entry

You

Minimum 2 years experience as a collections officer
An attitude of professionalism, and be a consummate team player
Ability to manage a high volume ledger of accounts within a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated adaptability to change
Excellent attention to detail
Previous experience using the Oracle finance system (highly desirable)
