The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Officer to join a leading independent Australian business. Focusing on sales, leasing and property management, this real estate agent boasts a friendly culture and is seeking someone eager to step into an exciting, fast-paced position. Located less than a one-minute walk from the train station, the successful applicant will be working in modern offices located in the leafy heart of the eastern suburbs. Due to growth and expansion Australia-wide, the business is seeking to fill a permanent role, offering a chance to develop existing skills.


The Challenge

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be working in a fast-paced, end-to-end payroll position. 

Specifically your responsibilities will include: 

• Preparing and processing payroll for staff using ADP
• Processing payments in accordance with awards and EBA’s
• Maintaining all relevant payroll records including annual leave, long service and sick leave
• Compiling and analysing ad hoc reports for manager
• Assisting employees with all payroll related queries
• Assisting the processing of salary packages and termination payments

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

• 3+ years payroll experience
• Exposure to ADP essential
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work in a team environment
