Working within part-time hours this is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to work HARD, but maintain a true work-life balance.

Located in a beautiful suburb just outside Sydney’s CBD, they are looking for a passionate, driven and energetic finance expert who comes in on a Monday morning and wants to Make. Things. Happen!

So, what does the role involve?
  • Managing daily bank reconciliation
  • Preparing sales invoices and receipts as per company standards
  • Reconciling supplier invoices against purchase orders booking forms and updating in systems
  • Managing the internal purchase order system and processes
  • Tracking inventory usage, adjustments and reconciliation
  • Attending and presenting in weekly finance meetings as needed
  • Preparing aged debtors reports
  • Managing the internal petty cash system and processes
  • Scheduling payments of supplier invoices and processing payments
  • Preparing stock alerts and paid/unpaid reports on request
  • Monthly bank, credit card and petty cash reconciliations
You will need to be a hands on self-starter, and the right hand man to the current Finance Manager. There is PLENTY to do in this role. You will have impeccable attention to detail and show plenty of initiative. Everyone is so busy that they won't have time to show you twice so your ability to pick up new work will be tested.

If you are an enthusiastic candidate who thrives in a fast paced environment, have solid experience across a  variety of finance roles and want to start laughing in the office again then this could be the ideal role for you. Any MYOB or NAV experience would be highly preferential, and if you have a CPA or are studying towards it that would be the cherry on top.
