In this highly valued position, the Head of Finance is responsible for providing financial management and commercial guidance for the Senior Leadership Team and the business. Reporting to the General Manager of Business Services, the appointee’s primary purpose is to manage the financial planning and analysis, financial control, finance business partnering, treasury, tax and accounting. The position will influence financial performance and provide a valued business partner service to drive initiatives required to deliver on short to long term financial targets.
You are CA/CPA qualified with a proven record in developing a high-performance team. You thrive within a genuinely fast-paced and agile environment, and adapt quickly to change. Your commercial mindset, financial management and strategic planning experience have ideally been exposed to senior management for key decision making. Critical to your success is an ability to communicate messages, understand the business drivers and manage stakeholder relationships and expectations. This is an integral role for the team that will reward the right individual with career development opportunities.
