We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team in Springwood. You will enjoy working in small team where you will have responsibility for the collection of all Trade and Vehicle Debtors.
About the Role:
- Allocating cash receipts against debtors
- Monitor credit payments
- Reconcile daily bank statements
- Post Journals
- Customer queries
- Internal and external liaison
- Customer account reconciliation
- Collections
- Aged debtor reporting
- End of month processing
- Ad hoc projects as directed
- Experience in the Automotive Industry essential
- Proficient in Pentana / ERA
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure at high volumes
- 3-4 years’ experience in a similar Accounts Receivable position
- Strong and professional communication skills, to be able to liaise with external and internal stakeholders with confidence
- Strong work ethic and a proven ability to show resilience
