Your new company
Our client is an Internationally recognised accounting firm and is within the Top 30 firms in Australia. They are now seeking a Business Services Assistant Manager to join their team. Employing an experienced team of highly qualified and motivated individuals, this firm delivers a high level of service and takes the time to build and maintain strong relationships with their clients.

Your new role
In your new role you will be reporting to the Business Services Associate Director/Partner, and your role may include; preparation of tax assignments, preparation of financial statements, communication with clients and regulatory bodies, preparation of billing, delegation of tasks. You will also assist junior staff in a range of matters, providing technical and non-technical support. Your role will also involve being a part of business development, driving improvement and efficiency as well as developing internal and external networks.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be enthusiastic and your willingness to learn will be paramount to your success in the role. In addition, you will have a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in Business Services/Accounting, have completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree (or equivalent) and ideally Chartered Accountants Program. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills and the ability to lead the team and work with others. You will be confident in dealing with clients and technical issues and have a pro-active and hard-working mentality.
