With a bright and exciting future ahead of us, we're currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced, versatile and motivated Finance Professionals with FMCG experience to join our Hygiene Home Business Unit. 

This is your chance to join the Finance team at RB Australia, part of a wider global business. You'll be working for a leading FMCG business and will quickly build upon an already impressive career in Finance. 

This role reports to the Supply Finance Manager and is based at our brand new, state of the art offices at World Square, Sydney CBD. 

In this role, you will be responsible in acting as a partner to the commercial and supply businesses by providing proactive, high quality business decision support. As a Finance Business Partner - Supply, you will partner with the supply chain organisation on Supply Chain Losses, Inventory Management & Embellishment (tertiary packaging).

• Driving and owning the management of Supply Chain Losses including month end journals, reporting monthly results to relevant stakeholders (demand planners), managing ad hoc analysis for cost reduction opportunities
• Ownership of SLOB process including complete inventory management, challenging the assumptions made by the demand planners
• Management of inventory including the Reconciliation of inventory at month end, reporting monthly inventory results to Supply Chain (and relevant stakeholders).
• Reporting of inventory write off and adjustments
• Analyse inventory levels versus budget and/or forecast and impact on working capital
• Managing and owning the system setup for embellishment (tertiary packaging) including controls, challenging stakeholders, proactively managing NWC, sourcing studies
• Managing month end journals for embellishment
• Reporting monthly results to stakeholders including ongoing reporting by way of dashboard
• Management of reconciliations process including providing relevant documentation
• Ad-hoc analysis for cost reduction opportunities and versus budget and/or forecast
• Ensure that processes and controls within the Supply Chain Finance team are followed and/or improved
• Adhere to the company policy of no surprises through rigorous analysis and reconciliation
• Assist in Planning Cycle (Annual Budget and Forecasts), Key focus areas being in warehouse and inventory management

Is this You?

• Educated to minimum Bachelor's degree level in a commercial subject
• Completion or still completing professional CA or CPA (or CIMA) qualifications
• Min 2-3 years experience in a Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance Analyst or Business Analyst capacity
• With a strong work ethic, high energy levels, and tenacity, you will thrive in an environment where the business responds quickly to the needs to the market
• You will have excellent technical and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to analyse results, interpret data and apply the information to benefit the overall profitability of the business
• An ability work through complicated issues and succeed in a team orientated environment
• Proven track record / sales experience with key international or local Retailers
• Sales experience with a blue chip fast moving consumer goods company
• Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating
• Tenacious and resilient, driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
• Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issue
• Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
• Experience in influencing and engaging key figures in customer organisations
• Fluent in English but fluency in other languages is advantageous
• Internationally mobile for career development opportunities
