Client Details
My client is an organisation that facilitates with more than 40 years’ experience within the Sports and Fitness Industry. They have more than 50,000 members registered and support more than 30 local sporting clubs. They are looking for a standalone Payroll Officer to join their team.
Description
You will be reporting to and working alongside the HR Manager and your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- End to end payroll duties
- Preparing, reconciling and processing payroll for 800+ employees on a weekly and fortnightly basis
- Maintenance of employee records
- Resolving payroll queries in a professional, courteous and timely manner
- Reconciling leave accruals, deductions, process leave entitlements
- Interpreting multiple awards and agreements
- Generating various payroll reports
- Assist with HR administration
- General administration duties
Profile
The successful candidate must have experience using ADP, SAP or Micropay Meridian.This candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Payroll. Ideally, it would be an advantage if the candidate has experience within the Sports and Fitness Industry however it is not compulsory.
