Description
- Leading and preparation of monthly invoices by liaising with each team
- Validate the accuracy of costs and disbursement on the general ledger
- Preparation of monthly creditor reconciliations
- Monthly disbursement reconciliations
- Reconciliation of client files prior to closing/archiving
- Managing off cycle billing process as required
- Other duties as requested
Profile
The successful candidate will be reliable and driven with a background and experience in Accounts Receivables. They will have a keen eye for detail, perform under strict deadlines and an adaptable approach to work. Working within a close-knit team, they will possess strong interpersonal skills, exceptional written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
The ideal candidate will ideally have 2 years of experience within a similar role. Previous experience within the Property, Real Estate and Construction industry is highly desired. This role is suitable for individuals looking to expand their credit experience and grow with the company for a long-term career.
