ABOUT THE ROLE
  
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the FP&A Manager is responsible for the delivery of divisional results, reporting, annual budgets, forecasting and 5-year strategy updates to the executive team. The role will provide meaningful insights to help drive informed decision making.
  
DUTIES

• Designing, re-engineering and streamlining planning and forecasting process;
• Development of new reporting frameworks to align with strategic priorities;
• Engaging with the business to build corporate knowledge and understanding of issues, opportunities and their implications for business plans, budgets and long-term forecasts;
• Identifying trends in key business drivers, understanding the reason and business consequences and recommend corrective actions;
• Defining, reporting on and interpreting key financial and non – financial measures and trends, tracking progress against plans and reporting on progress and recommending corrective actions to key stakeholders;
• Leading and managing the preparation of a robust business plan and annual budget that links to Corporate Strategy;
• Co-ordination and preparation of periodic forecasting and financial results including multi-year plans, Board packs and Annual Reports.    

  
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated experience driving value added solutions in an FP&A role
• Experience in providing meaningful analysis to support decision making
• Ability to articulate the bigger picture
• Qualified CA, CPA or CFA
• Experience within Big 4 or large mid-tier accounting firm highly regarded
