ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
In developing strong relationships with key stakeholders in our business, you will be responsible for delivering the month end management reporting for the Tradelink distribution division which includes the delivery of financial & commercial performance reporting to our senior leadership team. You will also be responsible for variance analysis as well as supporting with the Compliance & Risk reviews and the reporting thereof.
You will work closely with various departments to source data, analyse, report and respond to queries on profit margins, KPI achievements, branch efficiency and labour costs. Within this position you will be required to assess inefficiencies and provide recommendations to deliver process improvements. This role will also support the Financial Controller drive efficiency improvement initiatives.
Tradelink is part of the Fletcher Building family and is proudly one of Australia’s biggest names in the plumbing industries. We provide innovative products and solutions for bathrooms, kitchens and laundries.
ABOUT YOU
As the successful applicant, you will have:
- Degree qualifications in Accounting or Business with post Grad qualifications as CA & CPA
- 3 to 5 years experience
- Proven background as a skilled Management Accounting
- Ability to multi-task, adapt to change, deliver on tight timelines, & work on multiple projects
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to a range of stakeholders
- Working with large volumes of data and advanced Excel skills are essential
