The Company

This company is an ever growing retail business who are located conveniently in modern offices in the Sydney CBD. Due to a period of growth within the company, and no signs of slowing down, they are in need of a bright and intelligent Accounts Receivable Officer to join their accounts team. The role on offer is a contract role which may become permanent to the right candidate.
The Role
As the Accounts Receivable Officer in this dynamic company, your responsibilities will include:
- Generate and monitor invoices
- Resolve clients billing issues
- Reconcile debtor accounts
- Chase payments over the phone and by email
- Process payments
- Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
Your Profile
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- At least 2 years in an Accounts Receivable role
- Great communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to learn new processes, systems and concepts quickly
- High attention to detail
- Experience with SAP will be highly regarded
