The Company

This role will be starting off as a 6 month temporary position, with opportunity to be made permanent if they see strong performance.

The Role

In this fast paced position, you will work in a team of 5 and will perform the full function position for all NSW employees. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Processing payroll weekly and fortnightly
• Responding to queries from employees on pay discrepancies/ phone enquiries
• Administration for new starters
• Weekly processing of timesheets
• Calculation of termination payments
• Ad hoc tasks & HR

Your Profile

As the successful Payroll Officer, you will have the following:

• At least 2 years Payroll experience
• Experience with high volume payroll
• Previous experience using a large ERP
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong communications skills both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Excel
