This role would suit an immediately available Senior Accountant with an Audit or large corporate background looking to work within a high performing finance team in Melbourne's CBD.
Client Details
My client is an ASX listed corporate based in Melbourne's CBD. With a large, high performing finance team, they now require a senior accounting professional for an initial 6 month contract role.
Description
This role is responsible for the below responsibilities:
- Preparation of group income statements, balance sheets and cash-flow
- Monthly corporate cash-flow preparation
- Maintenance of the general ledger, fully reconciling balance sheets and consolidating entries
- Preparation of tax calculations and group financial reports
- Annual reporting including the preparation and delivery of the Groups Statutory Financial statements
- Assist with project and ad-hoc work as required
Profile
- Immediately available
- CA/CPA qualified
- Ideally have started your career in an audit function within Big 4 and have had exposure to group consolidations
