Opportunity: 
Lawson Delaney has collaborated with this technology focused, established chartered accounting practice, and have been entrusted with giving a passionate manager with drive and hunger a chance to inherit a portfolio of clients and be on a fast track Partnership Pathway. 
  
Given the highly confidential nature of this role, I will refrain from giving away extensive information, however, below is a snapshot of the responsibilities and experience necessary to be successful.
  
 Snapshot of responsibilities: 

• Sale of business processes valued up to 20 million. 
• Add value to clients structure, and improve cash flow and profits in an effective manner.
• Review clients systems and organize fee proposal whilst identifying value and benefit for the client.
• Help clients identify tax and commercial opportunities. 
• Improve clients financial performance, tax structuring, remuneration planning, budgeting and accountability to achieving client's financial objective. 
• Mapping out client structures and identify the best flow of funds to limit Div 7a issues and unpaid entitlements. 

Other: 

• CA/CPA qualified.
• 7 + years of experience in Australian Public Practice. 
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
