The Company
A market leading multinational FMCG company based in Sydney's CBD are looking for an experienced F, P & A Analyst to join their dynamic and exciting team on a permanent basis.
The Role
The main priority of this role will be to provide quality and timely analysis on the existing business units.
You will be responsible for:
- Support the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis to drive the company’s planning process including annual operating plans, regular re-estimates and long-term forecasts working closely with key stakeholders across the ANZ business
- Responsible for developing and coordinating the revenue forecasts for all Lines of Business across the ANZ business.
- Responsible for the Weekly Sales reporting process including leading the review of the current week’s waterfall results, maintaining the rolling weekly updates, facilitating the weekly review meetings and completing the corporate submission.
- Engage in the ongoing monitoring of the financial health of the ANZ business via regular reviews and analytical assessment of local company results vs. forecast/plan with the Financial Controller and Finance team, providing insights and explanation for monthly variances to plan.
- Support the Financial Controller as necessary to complete the Quarterly Reporting Pack including, but not limited to, Monthly Pass, Product Sales and Other Revenues
- Providing ad hoc business / commercial / decision support to the business as required or directed by the Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis or Finance Director.
Your Background
To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified CA or CPA accountant with a number of years of experience in a F, P & Arole within a large FMCG business. You must possess good communication skills, be technically strong with extensive knowledge of a Oracle and have financial modeling skills ideally.
