THE ROLE
This role will suit an individual who has had exposure to the day to day transactional requirements of a a busy finance team, qualifications and experience in management and financial accounting, and has the leadership qualities needed to be a dynamic leader and continue to drive the Finance team.
This role will see you continually review processes and process improvements, oversee the effective and efficient processing of accounting data, review bank reconciliations, sales ledgers and purchase ledgers daily and resolve outstanding queries, support the business and provide other managers with accurate, relevant and timely information, assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, and procedures relating to the financial management of Nisbets Australia, and monitor cash flow and using the same to predict future financial trends.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Finance leadership role, management and financial accounting experience, be fully competent in the management of the day-to-day transactional requirements of the Finance team including cash/treasury, purchase & sales ledgers, and credit control. They will be a true leader who is willing to step up to coach and mentor this team and take them to the next level.
