Client:

My client is a global organisation and a leader in the construction industry. They now have 6 month contract Payroll position in one of their entities specialising in building materials. 

The successful candidate will be a real self-starter with high attention to detail and efficiency. You will be experienced in the use of Chris21 and have the ability to converse with both internal and external stakeholders and build rapports quickly.

Responsibilities:

• End to end payroll (processed Monthly/Weekly/Fortnightly)
• Reporting
• Invoice processing
• Assist Payroll Manager with ad hoc tasks as required
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders with pay queries
• General ledger processing

Key Skills:

• Experience in a similar position (min 2 years)
• Proven experience in Chris 21 (MUST HAVE)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• SAP / General Ledger knowledge
• Experience in change management environments
• Ability to hit deadlines
• Experience in KRONOS (desirable)
