Other areas of focus will be Hospitality, Food & Beverage and Fast Food. We are looking for someone who will own their role and be passionate about teamwork and achievement of quality control. Within this role you will be tasked with;
- Processing Customer payroll in a timely & compliant manner
- Achievement of 100% accuracy in payroll processing
- Provide payroll expertise and efficient processing
- Management of support desk queries and actions
- Collaboration with all stakeholders to achieve workflow and process improvement
- Adhering to quality control and payroll compliance processes
- Providing world class customer service and payroll management support
Our desired Candidate will have;
- Several years experience in Payroll, with particular focus on the Australian Retail Industry sector
- Expertise and extensive knowledge of Fair Work Modern Awards, specifically General Retail Industry Award. Other award knowledge will also be valuable in the following areas;
- Hospitality Award
- Fast Food Award
- Aged Care Award
- The ability to learn new systems relatively quickly and be open and willing to embrace change
