Blonde Robot is an importer and distributor of professional products for the content creation industry throughout South East Asia. We service 1000s of resellers in 14 countries and have offices in Malaysia and Australia and warehouses in Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore and New Zealand.
Our main product lines fall within two key categories of photo and video products servicing a variety of consumers from the hobbyist photographer to national broadcasters.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
1. Account Receivable
- Receive payments
- Bank reconciliation & matching EFT payments
- Entering Customer rebates
- Ageing Report & follow up outstanding invoices
- Customer enquiries
- Monthly Statements
2. Account Payable
- Enter purchase invoices
- Matching orders to invoice
- Setting payments schedules
- Communicating with suppliers on payment dates
3. Filing, staff travel organisation & other ad-hoc duties
The Ideal Candidate will have the following:
- 6 months to 1 year experience in similar role
- Foreign currency knowledge
- MYOB or Netsuite experience
- Excel proficiency
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- High attention to detail, particularly with numbers, and high degree of accuracy
- Willingness to learn, along with a fun and energetic personality
