Accounts Payable/Payroll Officer

This leasing business is looking for an Accounts Payable/Payroll officer for a role based their head office in CBD. With offices across Australia, they are a leading provider in the industry and take pride in their services. Ideally you will have experience in Accounts Payable and Payroll and will be able to hit the ground up and running.
About the Role
- Processing invoices
- Matching purchase orders to invoices
- Checking all creditors’ statements and following up on and discrepancies
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Credit card, cash, bank reconciliation
- G/L reconciliation
- Accurate and timely processing of end to end payroll on a fortnightly basis
- Calculating and processing timesheets
- Calculating payroll tax, superannuation
- Responsible for responding payroll queries
- Payroll reconciliation
About You
- Ideally having experience in a leasing industry
- Previous experience using Microsoft Dynamics highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure at high volumes
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar Accounts Payable/Payroll position
- Strong communication skills
- Strong work ethic and a proven ability to show resilience
