We service the South Eastern suburbs with temporary Accounting & Finance support opportunities available and becoming available within our extensive client network within various industry sectors.
Description
If you are an experienced Accounts Receivable Officers that has proven current experience working in a professional Accounts Receivable or Credit department/environment then we would like to hear from you. Once positions become available they will be based in the East and South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne and will vary in length; with assignments being available from 1-2 weeks or months up to ongoing positions as well as permanent opportunities coming our way too.
Profile
To be a considered for our Accounts Receivable candidate team you will possess the below skills and attributes:
- Have solid proven commercial experience in an Accounts Receivable position
- Experience providing an efficient and accurate level of processing all daily banking and debt collection
- Experience processing and allocating payments received
- Have intermediate to advanced computer skills (on software such as MYOB, SAP, Pronto, Oracle and JD Edwards, Pronto and Excel)
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Have strong attention to detail with accurate reporting skills
- Strong passion for customer satisfaction
- Be available for full time hours from Monday - Friday (Part time positions sometimes become available too)
- Possess a flexible work attitude and be adaptable to new work environments
- Have the ability to quickly learn and abide by new data bases, systems and processes
- Be immaculately and professionally presented
