About the Company
This reputable asset and property management company has some of Melbourne's most iconic buildings in its portfolio.
Due to internal movements, they are now seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join their team. This will be for an initial 3 month contract period with a view to becoming permanent.
About the Role
This role will require you to provide support to the accountancy team in order to achieve compliance reporting obligations. Duties include:
- Producing month end reporting.
- Preparation of all statutory reports
- Assisting with a range of management reporting
- Preparing monthly general ledger reconciliations
- Project accounting and budget management across three large properties within the portfolio
About You
In order to succeed in this role you will have:
- CA / CPA Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Financial Accountant
- Prior experience within the property industry
- Advanced Excel knowledge
