The business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a temporary basis to assist during a busy period.
Reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the role will include but not be limited to
- Setting up new accounts and monthly invoicing
- Processing invoices/credit notes
- Handling telephone account queries - internal/external
- Reconciliations
- Prior experience working as an Accounts Receivable Officer
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise own work, and have excellent time management skills
