We are searching for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at Realmark Coastal.

Our ideal applicant will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role & be a Registered BAS Agent.

We are located in North Beach, in beautiful modern offices.

Duties Include:

Commission Activity Statements (CAS) – bi monthly
Sales Associates Bond Accounts – Operational and PA
Franchise License Returns – Monthly
Directors Reporting EOM and EOFY
Month End Financial Reconciliations
EOFY – preparation and submissions to company accountants
FBT preparation and submission to company accountants
Company Motor Vehicle Logs – fuel card etc
Accounts Payable approvals and release of payments
Payroll – fortnightly – leave entitlements and bonus structures etc
PAYG lodgement and payment summaries
Payroll tax calculations, reconciliations and payments etc
Employee superannuation calculations and payments
Daily banking – upload of payments, authorisations and release of funds
ABA file uploads
Monitor LOC Macquarie Bank
Dividend split allocation across directors shareholdings
Monitor all company bank accounts – identify potential movement of funds to maximise interest earnings
Daily bank account reconciliations
Credit card reconciliations
BAS – reconciliations, calculations and submissions to ATO
Liaise closely with Administration Team
Knowledge of real estate business an advantage
