Accounts Payable Officer
dnata Pty Limited is an award winning global ground handling agent with almost 60 years of proud history and experience. We offer a full range of services to our Airline clients – Passenger, Customer Services, Ramp activities and Cargo handling in all major airports around Australia.
The Accounts Payable Officer position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments as well as resolving queries from internal and external customers.
You will drive process improvements in the overall Purchase Order/Accounts Payable and related processes.
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in a high volume accounts payable role;
- Possess a customer service focus and display professionalism towards both internal and external customers at all times;
- An understanding of accounting principles and practices;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Excellent computer skills, advanced skills in MS Excel;
- Well-developed communications skills and the ability to stay patient, negotiate and proactively solve problems;
- Ability to prioritise, with excellent time management skills.
