Pro AV Solutions is Australia's leading Professional Audio Visual, Collaboration and Unified Communcations Solutiosn specialists.

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team, working closely alongside the Company Accountant.

You will need to be agile in your work approach to succeed in this role, you will be expected to manage your time wisely to achieve set goals, strong attention to detail and the ability to think on your feet with a minimum of 3 years prior Payroll experience.

To be considered for this position you will need:

  • MYOB experience in Payrol or Accounts Payble & Receivable
  • Prior experience as a Payroll Officer for 70 People
  • Working with Staff Timesheets
  • Solid understanding of the accounting principles of accounts payable
  • Professional oral & written communication skills
  • Excellent attendance & punctuality

Skills in:

  • Certificate iv in Bookkeeping or Accounting
  • Experience with MYOB
  • Intermediate skills with Excel

Your Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Pay Wages and Staff expenses
  • End to end processing of weekly payroll
  • Processing superannuation, payroll tax, annual and long service leave payments
  • Calculating and processing of termination payments
  • Calculating annual leave and LSL provision /accruals
  • Processing of weekly expenses reimbursement
  • Updating and maintaining payroll records for employees
  • Payroll reconciliations and reporting
  • HR Compliance
  • Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries

This role reports to the General Manager & Company Accountant and is available for Immediate Start.
