Your new company
This is a highly desired Federal Government Department is seeking an experience treasury officer with an aptitude for working in a high pressure environment to join their team. This role has occurred due to multiple shifts around the team and they are looking to bring someone on long term to supplement their team.
Your new role
This is an exciting role with extensive career development options, within this role the right candidate will accurately perform task inclusive of but not limited to the following:
- Draw downs from CBMS
- Bank account management
- Bank reconciliations
- End of month reconciliation
- Assist with financial statements prep
- Other adhoc tasks
What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate will have to ability to perform the above listed tasks to a high standard, and possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment, Experience working within a Federal Government environment is a necessity and you must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1 or NV2)
Accounting qualifications are highly desirable as is holding/working towards your current CA or CPA.
