We are seeking to appoint a vibrant, hands-on Operations Manager to join our HQ in Ultimo to provide all-round support to the business.

Reporting directly to the company directors, you will provide the business with operational frameworks in all areas to ensure it is equip to continue growing at the rate it is experiencing.

To be successful in securing this role, you will have a minimum of 8-10 years experience working in Operations roles across a variety of industries, in addition to your degree qualification in a Business related discipline. You will also have experience working in fast growth phase and start-up companies. Prior experience in and/or knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce and the fitness and health industry will be highly regarded.

  Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis and work flow design of internal processes (companywide) in order to determine areas to build efficiencies, improve productivity and efficiencies 
• Dealing with international logistics, maintaining accurate inventory processing and control
• Perform regular Quality Assurance testing, troubleshooting and proactively identifying issues with products, orders and site 
• Overseeing the third party warehouses and their operations
• Overseeing the product manufacturing systems and processes in place
• Enhancing the E-Commerce experience for the end user 
• Reviewing IT operations and providing strategy on how to improve the IT operations experience
• Deploying business software that will assist with the enhancement of operational efficiencies as the business grows 
• Manage and track global and local budgets
