Here at Regus we have an exciting new opportunity for an Area Mangers in our vibrant business centres, offering high growth potential and career development within 3,000 locations worldwide. At Regus we are determined in being successful and explore every opportunity by going above and beyond for our customers and clients. Area Managers are the owners of our business centres managing 2-3 business location, and maximizing revenue generation through pro-active and reactive sales efforts while leading. Area mangers are fully accountable for generating new sales and customers.
Key Accountabilities:
· Managing a group/cluster of business centres and implementing the sales strategy plan, identifying new sales opportunities until the successful closing of a deal and making sure All KPI's exceed expectations.
· Hold networking events and manage proactive sales visits to potential companies to create lead generation and present the added value services and products of Regus.
· Look for new revenue opportunities to help customers run their business also tour customers in Regus centres to show a range of options available to suit their needs.
· Monitor performance, provide feedback And coach all team members to support development, establish personal objectives and clearly communicate expectations with training.
· Attract, train and retain the Regus team members.
Working experience, Skills & Competencies:
· 3-4 Year's experience in B2B sales in service multinational organization with successful sales track record.
· Team leading experience would be great advantage.
· Show experience of leadership or managing a team.
· Relationship management must be customer orientated and able to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
· Problem Solving Skills. Actively handle any given problems, proposing an effective and suitable solution whilst maintaining outstanding customer service.
· Team work. Able to contribute in a team environment towards common goals be results driven and meet or exceed expectations.
· Bachelor degree in Business administration or other preferred but not essential.
· Area Managers must be passionate, friendly, and very flexible.
