Our client is an Australian owned business that has operated for over 30 years, with a huge product range of industrial products and custom services with continuous growth and have a high energy growth plan in place.
To be successful you will need extensive leadership experience gained from a fast paced and continually changing environment, including experience to drive sales, logistics, production, quality control, and continuous improvement. You must be able to lead change with a focus on lean processes, company values and increasing employee engagement.
Requirements:
• Ability to develop, lead and influence effective working relationships with all people.
• Drive best practice in external sales and monitor achievements through sales meetings and statistical data.
• Steer lean processes & 5S in warehouse output, accuracy and drive KPI’s for team members.
• Monitor and drive purchasing to meet business requirements.
• Drive quality culture, values and team work through all aspects of the organisation.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement approach, and ability to identify and improve sales opportunities.
• Ability to demonstrate effective assessment of product manufacture and control with the available manpower, materials and machinery.
• Demonstrate compliance with statutory obligations including safe work practices, onsite procedures and fire industry regulations.
• Be a skilled communicator with genuine interest in people.
