Rural Business Support (RBS) assists agricultural businesses with strategic business management, educational programs, research and rural financial counselling in South Australia and Northern Territory.
About the role
RBS is seeking a Board Member with specialist legal knowledge for appointment at its AGM in September 2018.
The board of RBS provides strategic leadership and governance to the organisation. Board members are appropriately skilled with a range of qualifications and experience. It is an essential requirement that the applicant has GAICD qualification or equivalent experience.
The appointment is for a three year term, subject to government funding.
Board members are remunerated and reasonable expenses and travel costs will be reimbursed.
