Environmental technology company for cleaner energy
Unique opportunity
Our client, a start-up technology and innovation company supporting environmentally friendly solutions in the energy extraction sector, needs the services of an experienced senior executive to guide its successful listing on the Australian Stock Exchange.
Reporting to the Board, the CEO will head up a company developing cutting edge technologies for cleaner extraction processes in the Natural Gas, CSG and Thermal sectors.
The successful applicant will use his or her standing in the energy, mining and/or finance sectors to build beneficial relationships that will facilitate the transition of the company to a successful listing.
It is therefore essential that applicants can demonstrate
- A knowledge of the challenges involved in well construction
- Experience in the energy/mining/finance sector in a senior role
- The ability to plan, manage and successfully implement the public listing of a start-up or similar enterprise
- The ability to communicate the benefits of cutting edge technology to customers, investors, and regulators, both in Australia and overseas
- The ability to work with and support a team of engineering professionals
A suitable salary and bonus package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
It is likely that the successful applicant will have an existing CEO or Assistant CEO role in the mining, resources and energy or finance sector, and/or a professional engineering/finance background that has involved start-ups and listing.
