You can soundly evidence your ability to work “through” people, driving best practice, national consistency, and operational excellence to the highest of business standards.

Reporting to the CEO, deputising during absences; and being a key member of the executive management team, you will know how to lead the way. You can confidently evidence your experience working across mixed business units, senior peers, and systems effectively driving aligned thinking, behaviours and outcomes - all whilst constantly backing the CEO’s vision.

Planning is your middle name and juggling multiple balls will not daunt you in the least, in fact, it strangely excites you!

This pivotal role will have a holistic view of the overall business activities, however the primary focus is on the national service delivery network and all operations aligned. Your hands on approach, while working with a large team, will ensure you achieve the outcomes expected.

Core responsibilities will include the likes of, but not limited to:

  • Managing daily operations across the national network and program
  • Leading the national supervision and operational personnel of 25+
  • Ensuring consistent and co-ordinated delivery of products and services
  • Providing operational data and reporting, to Board level standards
  • Reviewing and developing required policies for best practice and improved functionality
  • Managing national schedules with the highest of accuracy and detail
  • Negotiating and managing contracts and professional services
  • AND overseeing all forms of aligned communications, including with key stakeholders
