Position Requirements
We offer an outstanding opportunity for an experienced health professional to join the practice as a Director. The role has a dual business development and service delivery focus. Our Director will take a leading role in formulating and implementing the corporate strategy and annual business plans; that include:
- evaluating potential new markets;
- creating business opportunities through networking;
- building strong client relationships; and
- preparing consultancy proposals for existing and potential new clients.
The Director will also be responsible for managing and providing technical leadership to project teams in the delivery of consultancies to a high standard that meet or exceed our clients’ expectations.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Relevant experience and knowledge
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven relationship development and management consulting skills at a Director level (preferably in the health sector)
- Technical knowledge and experience to provide professional leadership to staff in one or more of our health portfolio service lines (healthcare and social services, aged care, mental health, and disability services, and health informatics)
- Proven ability to write clear advisory reports for clients
- Effectively participate, lead and motivate consulting team members with diverse skills and backgrounds.
- Be entrepreneurial, creative; outcomes oriented; focused on producing high quality work; a team player; and committed to personal development and continuous quality improvement.

To be successful in this role you will have:
