About The Role
In this role you will report to the Chair of the IPC Health Board and be responsible for the provision of the full range of timely and efficient corporate governance support to the Board of Directors in order to ensure IPC Health meets its statutory and legal obligations under the relevant legislation.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates will be required to demonstrate the following:
- Experience: Significant experience in a similar role with ASIC/ACNC compliance and general corporate secretarial duties. Demonstrated experience in providing expert advice and guidance on a range of legal and corporate governance matters in a complex and changing environment.
- Personal Attributes: This is an autonomous position that requires flexibility, initiative and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
