Our client is an established rapidly growing residential investment building company offering a fantastic work environment and continuity of work. Based on the Gold Coast they are offering a highly networked Sales Manager to join them in their home building company.
Reporting directly to the General Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Nurturing channel partner relationships
- Building relationships through other referral networks
- Developer relationships and packages
- Putting together house and land packages
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate the following
- Minimum 5 years experience in a sales or business development role in property or investment sales
- A network of Channel Partners or marketers
- A desire to build a business in growth phase
- Passion for business development
