We are presently looking for a National Sales Manager to join our team. APPLY NOW!
Your responsibilities include:
- High profile role with a leading national sales team
- Strategically manage national sales team by driving existing business through retention and sales growth
- Identifying, developing and securing new business
- B2B experience in the electrical & electronics brands
- Existing trade contacts would be considered as a big plus
- Pro-actively seek new business opportunities and exceed set KPI's
- Deliver projects to improve our how our sales teams work
- Achieve sales targets by maintaining contact with corporate accounts and major distributors on a regular basis
- Face to face service in the showroom when serving customers and on the road showings
- Direct sales by phone to new clients and it is essential that you have experience in B2B environment.
- Regular interstate travel will be required
- Using exceptional communication and telemarketing sale skills to invite customers to the showroom or to order from the website
- Establish, maintain and create long-term customer relationships
- Marketing Campaign/planning
Ideally, applicants will be:
- More than 5 years National Sales Manager experience
- B2B sales background, preferably in the electrical and electronics area.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to conduct research & recognize potential clients
- Willing to take on any tasks necessary to get the job done
- Customer relationship management skill
- Continuously identifying new business opportunities
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- A can-do attitude, self-motivation & initiative
- Existing trade contacts would be considered as a big plus
You must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa to be eligible to apply for this position.
