We are currently looking for Customer Care Associate to join our team in Greensborough, Victoria. While the role starts at two-three days per week the right candidate can expect to see it expand. We are looking for someone who can stay enthusiastic, motivated and passionate about their job and capable of taking on this role independently. On the offer is a friendly and energetic team environment, access to the latest technologies in smart home / Internet of Things and genuine career opportunities.

      Job tasks and responsibilities

      • Technical and pre-sales support on a call, email and in person (after the full product training)
      • Help in dispatching goods to the customers
      • Identifying, developing and securing new business
      • Establish, maintain and create long-term customer relationships
      • Working in a team to produce collateral to support sales
      • Support in planning and managing marketing campaigns
      • Pro-actively seeking new business opportunities
      • Systematically working with CRM application
      • Understanding system design and maintaining relevant product knowledge

      Skills and experience

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English  
      • Preferred experience in custom electronics, electric, IT or security systems
      • Able to conduct research & recognize potential clients  
      • Willing to take on any tasks necessary to get the job done
      • Customer relationship management skills
      • Ability to work independently and in a team
      • A can-do attitude, self-motivation & initiative

      Experience 
      Prior experience in electric, electronic, IT or security systems industry is preferred. 

      Successful candidates must be based around north part of Melbourne metro to meet up with the team & clients.You must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa to be eligible to apply for this position.
