We are looking for an individual who is a results focussed leader and coach. You utilise open and honest communication, are customer-service focused as well as possessing the passion, enthusiasm and determination to lead your Area Managers to deliver sales and growth within the business.

Key responsibilities include:
- Manage an allocation of stores in a direct capacity as their Area Manager & State Manager.
- Ensure the operational and marketing initiatives are implemented to a high standard
- Be accountable for delivering a great customer offer in your allocated stores
- Work to reduce operating losses and act quickly to rectify any sources of loss
- Own all elements of your states financial accountability
- Collaborate with the People Development Manager to ensure there is a proactive approach to all areas of People Management.
- Identify and develop internal talent thereby creating an effective succession plan and career path in your state
The Successful candidate will possess:
- Proven track record in fast paced multi-site management within the retail or hospitality
- A customer first approach to decision making and operational standards
- Demonstrated people management skills as well as general HR understanding in Recruitment, IR and the employee life cycle
- Ability to coach and mentor team members at all levels to create a fun and high-performance team culture
- Sound time management skills and ability to adapt to competing priorities
- Possesses the financial acumen to interpret a range of financial and sales reports
- Competent in the Microsoft Office Suite of products
- Drivers licence
