Role

Reporting to the National Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the growth of the Sprout Accessories business in third-party channels across NSW and ACT. Your territory will encompass most of NSW and ACT, up to Yamba, out to Dubbo, south to Wagga Wagga and everything in-between. You will also develop business further west in NSW, but will likely manage this over the phone.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Sprout Accessories to new and existing third-party channel partners and vendors
  • Manage existing client relationships and grow our customer portfolio 
  • Generate leads, set appointments, and establish a strong network of business contacts to expand the brand 
  • Drive new distribution through various channels 
  • Ensure Sprout remains proactive and responsive to the needs of current and future clients 
  • Analyse and advise on market, consumer, and competitive information to support brand managers with product pricing 

About You 

  • Demonstrated success in a Territory Management role within retail/FMCG 
  • Proven relationship building skills with the ability to identify valuable leads
  • Professional and engaging communication skills 
  • Willingness to travel and manage a large territory 
  • Current open driver's license
