Sales Role - Retail Customer Advisor

Our established Elsternwick store is currently looking for hard working and motivated Customer Sales and Service Advisors 

Full time position available only 

PREVIOUS RETAIL SALES AND TELSTRA EXPERIENCE IS AN ADVANTAGE 

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Selling whole of Household/Whole of Business solutions

• Setting up new devices including internet and mobile products

• Upselling, Cross Selling and Attachment selling skills

• Educating customers on products and usage

• Recognising and closing sales opportunities

• Polished customer service skills and experience in achieving Customer service KPIs

• Working with monthly sales targets

• Face to face customer service and resolution of customer issues
