Within the first 6-12 months your role will focus on:-

• Finding new listings from home-owners.
• Prospecting via phone and door-knocking.
• Showing homes to prospective buyers.
• Creating and nurturing client relationships, in person and on the phone.
• Client care and follow up.
• Handling incoming phone calls and email enquiries.
• Supporting your Sales Agent to achieve outstanding sales results.
• Managing a database.
• Learning all about the industry with the highest quality training provided.
