What the role is about

This role is a full-time office-based Business Development role. We are looking for people who are energetic, enjoy talking on the phone who are able to adapt to customer’s needs, to join our Brisbane Sales Team.

You will proactively target a range of subcontractors servicing the Building & Construction Industry by; cold calling leads and self-prospected companies to create and identify new sales opportunities. You will then use your consultative people skills to qualify leads, host online meetings and provide quotations.

You will need

• Proven ability to work in a target driven environment
• Previous sales or retail experience - face to face or telephone based
• Excellent phone manner, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Able to adapt to specific prospect’s needs and challenges
• Confidence with computer based systems
• To be a confident negotiator & comfortable dealing with objections
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
