Looking for an exciting new role in Sales? Interested in emerging tech? Brand new offices in Pyrmont, the company is rapidly expanding - now hiring 1 BDM in Sydney.

A dynamic, digital organisation is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced BDM who has experience in selling software as a service. 

The role itself is split into 3 areas:

• Client Acquisition/ New business
• Account Management
• Reporting and pipeline planning

What you will be doing:

• Proactively identify new business opportunities 
• Review major prospects and possible strategies to win business
• Develop and manage a pipeline of active opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Ensure CRM system is kept up to date with calls and meetings 
• Make appointments to meet with existing clients to increase sales revenue in order to achieve growth in business
• Monitor industry developments relating to potential business opportunities and competitors and their capabilities
• Actively participate in, and support a team-based culture and quality objectives within the organisation

 What you have now:

• Must have SaaS exp
• A proven track record in B2B face to face consultative selling
• Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills 
• The capacity to think strategically and to identify new opportunities
• Structuring successful prospecting campaigns using cold calling
• Selling strategically by partnering with businesses and customers
• Importantly, the successful candidate will have the right attitude and be self-motivated.  They must also be willing to learn and have a desire to succeed!
