What’s great about this role?
As The National Account Manager for this business, you will have total responsibility for the Coles account. This is a newly created role as the National Sales Manager was previously managing this relationship and now the business sees it fit to have a designated resource to further grow the business within the Coles account.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager you will have exposure to the senior leadership team in regards to strategy and business direction as well as being guided and mentored by the NSM and the CEO. This business is agile enough to create an excellent learning environment and gives the successful candidate the opportunity to grow their career as the business grows. This role also provides for an up and coming Account Manager to assume greater responsibility and learn in a hands on environment
What you will be doing
As the National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the profitability , revenue and market share across the branded portfolio of the business. This will be achieved by having a high level of customer support and by building outstanding commercial relationships within the Coles business.
You will be managing Trading Terms and Promotional spend in line with category reviews and working closely with the other members of the management team within the business.

What you can offer
The National Account Manager will ideally have:
- Tertiary qualification ideally in Commerce or Business
- Experience in managing the Coles or Woolworths account at a national level
- Experience with Aztec and Microsoft applications
- Achievement orientated
- Passionate , innovative and tenacious to make things happen
