Internal Sales Person

NT Fasteners primarily service businesses in construction with our main core line products such as Fasteners, Nuts & Bolts, Power Tools, Masonry products, Safety Equipment and Stainless Steel.

We have a vacancy for an Internal Sales Person for our Berrimah store and are looking for someone with the following skills:

• A broad knowledge of construction materials and tools
• Excellent selling, communication & negotiation skills
• Reliable with a good work ethic
• Able to establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
• Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers
• Ensure the swift resolution of customer problems and complaints
• Ensure safe operation, maintenance, and security of the roll forming machine and associated equipment at all times
• Computer literate
