A growing industrial automation and communication company is looking for a dynamic motivated Sales and Marketing coordinator .

Our company supplies industrial automation and communication products to industry by partnering with some of the finest brand name companies from around the globe.

This Sales and Marketing role touches all aspects of sales, customer support and follow up. Some knowledge of the industrial electrical, electronic and/or the automation and communications market would be desirable but not essential. Product training will be provided.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Customer support.
• Quoting/estimating and responding to phone, email and website enquiries.
• Follow up of customer quotations.
• Maintaining great relationships with our existing prepaid and account customers.
• Building new relationships with potential customers.
• External business development and follow up support for the external sales team and sales partners.
• Maintain our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
• Managing e-marketing activities with new and existing customers.
• Maximizing sales opportunities.
• Liaise with media companies and with our digital marketing contractor.

Preferred skills required:

• Fantastic people skills, excellent customer service and an understanding of the sales process.
• Be well presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time managements skills.
• Have an eye for detail.
• Understanding of marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Wordpress, various graphic design software's e.g. Photoshop, social media etc. Be enthusiastic and goal oriented.
• Good computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office).
• Understanding of accounting systems (e.g. MYOB).
• Understanding of CRM software’s (e.g. ACT).
• The ability to be a team player and work within a close knit team.

This is a permanent part-time position. Hours and days to be negotiated (minimum of 22.5hrs).
